Callie Steinberg is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has experience working with individuals surrounding self-esteem/self-worth struggles, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexual issues, intimacy deficits, boundary issues, life transitions, military/veterans, stress and relationship issues/couples. She works with children (6+), teens, adults, and couples.
Callie is committed to offering a non-judgmental, safe, supportive and collaborative therapy environment. Her goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to reclaim your life. She focuses on meeting clients where they are at and finding techniques and interventions that you will feel comfortable using. Callie utilizes different approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, and Creative Play and Art interventions. In her free time, Callie likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys gardening, exercising, reading, listening to music, playing with her chickens and being outside.
