Isabelle has been working in the mental health field for over 4 years across various settings. Isabelle’s main focus has been working with children under 13, but she also loves working with adolescents, adults, and couples as well.
She has a substantial amount of experience working specifically with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and individuals with anxiety. Isabelle is also passionate about working with individuals living with depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), marital conflicts, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and life transitions. Isabelle strives to always have her clients feel safe, comfortable, and heard in her space. She values building a positive therapeutic relationship in order to promote change and healing. Isabelle integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques in her practice. In her free time, Isabelle loves watching way too much reality tv, spending time with her family and friends, being at the yoga studio, and eating a sweet treat! Isabelle would describe herself as caring, understanding, giving, and funny.
