Katie Bluhm is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She has worked in various settings including a residential center, school based settings, in-home care, and private practice. Katie has experience working with individuals surrounding self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, boundary issues, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and those exploring their spirituality. She works with children, teens, and adults. Katie utilizes different approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Transpersonal Psychology, and creative play and art interventions. In her freetime, Katie likes to spend time with her family, friends, and dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, listening to music, watching movies, and exploring different places around the city.
