Claire is a masters graduate working toward LPCC licensure. Claire has been in the mental health field for over five years across crisis counseling volunteering, in home behavior therapy, mental health scheduling coordination and outpatient therapy. She has experience working with adolescents and adults utilizing cognitive behavior therapy, person centered therapy, and solution focused therapy techniques.
Claire approaches her clients with care and kindness to create a space they feel comfortable sharing in. Whether the client wants to talk about daily frustrations, building skills, or get-to-know-you conversations, Claire is willing to meet the client where they are. She strives to collaborate with her clients to develop attainable goals that boost their self-esteem and reduce their symptoms. In her free time, Claire enjoys keeping busy and being creative. She likes tospend time reading, writing, playing videogames and exercising.
