LIfe can bring many seasons, just like the weather, and some of those seasons can be difficult to navigate on your own. Sometimes stress can become so great that it is outweighing the joy in your life, fortunately there are ways to heal and move forward. Life can bring grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, family hardships, and life changes that significantly disrupt our emotional, mental and physical well-being. Danielle likes to take a creative, reflective, and empowering approach with clients, building on strengths and also learning to effectively cope with uncertainty and change. In therapy, Danielle helps others increase their self-confidence, reduce negative beliefs about the self and the world, heal attachment wounds, work through childhood trauma, and change negative patterns and behaviors. Working with each client to determine the best approach for their healing is what's most important to Danielle as a therapist.
